Spiritual Gaming Groups Forming

Using the Any Game Cookbook spiritual gaming groups have been popping up around the US, Spain, Italy, Brazil, and GOK (god only knows).

Many of our friends and their friends have been involved in spiritual gaming for quite some time. That is not particularly new. What is new is the development of a network of spiritual gaming groups meeting on regular basis. Reminds me of the old days when D&D groups first started popping up all over the place.

It is gratifying to see that the gaming groups span many different spiritual disciplines and even the occasional spiritual chaos. This is of course how it should be. No particular religious group owns the notion of spiritual gaming. Much like prayer, each group has its own version.

The book Any Game Cookbook -- Recipes for Spiritual Gaming (pictured to the right) was written to provide a context in which a group of diverse spiritual backgrounds could explore this form for gaming.
