Even though "Spiritual Gaming" is relatively new as a designated niche we find that folks from the spiritual side of the fence have been using games of various sorts for spiritual aims for many years, and we also find that folks from the gaming side of the fence have been noticing "a certain something or other" type effect happening for years as well.

This union of spirituality and gaming wears different faces depending upon which direction one looks at it.
